Hi & welcome to my webpage!

My name is Richard and I'm a 36 year old IT professional, living in Cape Town, South Africa   This site is mostly about my music - the songs I have written and the albums I have recorded.

I am a part-time worship leader at Church of the Holy Spirit (CHS) which is my home church in Kirstenhof, Cape Town.   I've been playing piano as long as I can remember and have been involved in various worship teams since high school.

To date I have recorded 3 albums:
  • Rain (2002).   This was my introduction to recording.   The album was recorded at home, & printed and distributed on CD-R's.
  • Finally Free (2005).   A step up, although still a "home recording".   It took most of 10 months to complete and became very popular at CHS.
  • Faithful (2010), my latest album.   Involving a real studio, a producer and professional musicians - this album is something I didn't even dare to dream about just a few years ago.
